Before co-founding ScaleWealth, she led national performance campaigns for brands including Audi, Skechers, and McDonald’s, managing multi-million-dollar budgets across TV, billboard, and digital media.

At ScaleWealth, Lacie serves as the business and scale strategist — identifying growth opportunities, uncovering gaps in marketing and operations, and guiding firms toward sustainable, long-term expansion beyond short-term marketing wins.

Christina McMasters has been an advertising agency owner for over a decade helping businesses grow through paid media and scalable marketing systems. Over the course of her career, she has worked with more than 700 businesses, developing and refining acquisition strategies focused on consistent, measurable growth.

At ScaleWealth, Christina leads Meta advertising and technical strategy, overseeing funnel architecture, tracking and attribution, campaign optimization, and the marketing systems that connect advertising performance directly to signed cases — ensuring firms have the foundation required to scale consistently and efficiently.
